Built to be the consultancy we'd want on our own projects.
AMU Consultants was founded to close a specific gap: contractors and developers needed senior-level project controls, design and compliance support, without carrying the fixed overhead of a large in-house department.
We work as a remote extension of your team — plugged into your scheduling software, your reporting cadence and your delivery method — so our input feels like part of the project, not an outside review of it.
Today, our team supports projects across residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors, with a practice built around four disciplines: project controls, design & drafting, contracts & compliance, and sustainability consulting.
